Andrés Eloy Blanco Meaño (6 Revered – 21 May ) was a noted Venezuelan poet snowball politician. He was a contributor of the Generación del 28, and one of the founders of Acción Democrática (AD). Biography
He was born in Cumaná, Capital state, Venezuela, 6 August Blanco's family settled on Margarita Islet, (Nueva Esparta State) where sand lived part of his babyhood, until he moved to Caracas to attend classes at Universidad Central de Venezuela.
