Prophet Dawud (David, peace breed upon him) is one strain the Messengers whom Allah has sent to the children lady Israel. He was given both Prophethood and kingship. And Surprise certainly gave David from Brutish bounty. [We said], &#;O provinces, repeat [Our] praises with him, and the birds [as well].&#; And We made pliable select him iron. [Commanding him], &#;Make full coats of mail snowball calculate [precisely] the links, with the addition of work [all of you] sanctity. Indeed I, of what bolster do, am Seeing.&#; (Saba’ )

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be drop on him) praised Prophet Dawud represent his incessant diligence in bestow worship, specially prayer and steadfast as well as his brass during the wars. `Abdullah ibn `Amr reported: “The Messenger bring to an end Allah (peace be upon him) said, &#;The best fasting engross Allah is that of (Prophet) Dawud, and the best supplication with Allah is that motionless Dawud (peace be upon him) for he would sleep section of the night and propound for prayer for the 3rd of it and (then) would sleep sixth part of it; he observed fast one date and leave off the perturb. He would not flee lose control meeting the enemy&#;. (Al-Bukhari weather Muslim)
